Welcome to Majestic Divine Events. By booking our venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and successful event for all parties involved.
1. Rental Agreement
•The event hall is available for rental based on the agreed date, time, and type of event.
•A signed agreement and security deposit are required to confirm the booking.
•The rental includes access to the venue, tables, chairs, and other agreed-upon amenities.
2. Rental Fees & Payment Terms
•A security deposit is required upon signing the agreement to secure the booking.
•The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event, within the timeframe specified in the contract.
•A cleaning deposit will be collected and refunded after the event, provided the venue is returned in satisfactory condition.
•Additional fees may apply for extra services, such as extended rental hours, additional seating, or special arrangements.
•All payments must be made through the agreed-upon methods. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
•Cancellation of 6 weeks or more before the event: full refund of amount paid.
•Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the event: Will result in a 50% deduction of your deposit.
•Cancellations made shortly before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
•Should you cancel less than 4 weeks before your event: There will be no refund on the full deposit.
4. Security & Liability
•Security personnel are required for events exceeding 50 guests.
•You or the Renter shall:
Provide their licensed and insured security personnel, or
Pay an additional fee of €300 for security arranged by the Owner.
•The renter is responsible for any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment during the event.
•Majestic Divine Events is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or unforeseen incidents that occur during the event.
5. Venue Rules & Regulations
•The venue may only be used for the agreed-upon event type. Any unauthorized changes may result in termination of the event.
•All activities must comply with local laws and noise regulations. Illegal or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
•Setup and cleanup must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any additional time may incur extra charges.
•Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.
•Any decorations or installations must be approved in advance and must not cause damage to the venue.
6. Owner’s Rights
•Majestic Divine Events reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time during the event to ensure compliance with the agreement.
•The venue management may terminate the event immediately if any terms are violated, illegal activities take place, or the venue is at risk of damage.
•The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with the terms and conditions.
7. Indemnification
•The renter agrees to hold Majestic Divine Events harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the event.
•The renter assumes full responsibility for any incidents that occur during the rental period.
8. Force Majeure
•Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
•In such cases, both parties may negotiate a rescheduling of the event based on availability.
9. Agreement Binding
•This agreement represents the final understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior discussions or informal arrangements.
•By booking with Majestic Divine Events, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
